High Speed Direct Drive Centrifugal Up-blast Exhaust Fan with speed control.
Maximum CFM at 2100
Exhaust Motor: 1/2 HP, 1 Phase 115V, 60Hz, 6-13.0 FLA, ODP (Open Drip Proof).  Motor may be rewired for 220V in some instance.
Variable speed control!! Means you only turn it at full speed when you have grease. You keep it at low speed when you cook light.
