In the 1940s New York designer Don Manning created some of Nosco Plastic's first non-organic products, which were molded plastic animal figurines in the pre-war art deco style. Many varieties of animals were produced. This is a black plastic bearded Terrier dog, possibly an Airedale, Wire Fox Terrier or similar. It measures 1 7/8" tall by 1 3/8" long.
